Our On-Going Process |

Greetings!
Well,
no big news of late but we are none-the-less always continuing
on with our ascension process. The stages and phases are
fairly similar, but they are just occurring now more closely
together, and in addition, more and more individuals are
beginning to experience this unusual and distinct ascension
process.
Currently,
many of us are feeling the “dropping body density” phase.
This can occur on and off during the long process, and
I personally have not experienced it for many months,
but I am now.
It
involves strong cravings for protein with a need to eat
frequently (for me, it is usually every two hours), as
we are requiring an unusual amount of fuel for this “restructuring”
process. Feeling dizzy, weak and faint are signs that
you are needing much more fuel than you normally would,
and protein is the main staple that is required here.
Fatigue
can also play a part during this particular phase, and
at times, this need for extra fuel and rest can last for
many weeks. It just depends upon how far you have come
with your own ascension process. The farther along you
are, the less these “shifts” will affect you, as you are
much more in alignment with the higher dimensions.
But
as we are continually entering and adjusting to the higher
frequencies and higher realms, this is basically an on-going
process. In the beginning, there is much more density
within us, involving ego selves, body blockages, misperceptions
and so forth, and the ascension process can really clobber
us. But as we adjust and progress, the ride becomes much
more tolerable. We are simply just embodying more and
more of Source energy and the energy of our souls.
When
the energy comes blasting in at integral times, for many,
this can create bloating and “expansion” in your body.
This is just your body responding to the New higher energies
from the sun. What then follows is the integration or
body adjustment occurring as this extreme need for fuel
or protein.
And
in addition, many of us have experienced the WEIGHT GAIN.
Ugh! There are several theories out there to why this
occurs, from a need to fill ourselves up form all the
“losses”, to inner child healing. The bulk of this weight
occurs around the abdominal area. My personal theory is
that we are needing this extra weight to assist in embodying
all this light and shifting that is occurring. We need
the bulk to help us by buffering, so to speak, all this
excitement our bodies are going through.
Also,
during times of great shifting, we can find that it is
difficult to stay warm. It can be 85 degrees outside,
and I will be needing a sweater! Brrrrrrrr! Our bodies
are moving from one “place” to another and sort of “shut
down” for awhile while in between.
Another
fairly common occurring symptom these days are the night
sweats and hot flashes. These are being experienced by
men as well. Several years ago, I used to tell a close
male friend of mine that he would soon experience great
heat and sweating in the night, as I could see he was
shifting. Sure enough, he would get very hot. This is
the way of the shifts. Our bodies do what they need to
do to acclimate to a new way and new “residence” vibrationally.
In
many ways these ascension symptoms mimic menopause. As
we are certainly “dying” while we are alive, and going
on to a very new phase of our existence, there are some
“energetic” similarities as well. And untimely menses
for women are also on the rise, as we purge and detox
within.
Now
residing in these higher realms, we are also inhabiting
the place where higher vibrating beings also reside. Some
of you may be seeing things out of the corner of your
eyes very frequently now. At times our pets are interacting
with things not visible to our naked eyes as they see
what we are not allowing ourselves to see.
And
the star beings are here as well. They are very much here.
They have most certainly arrived en masse. The reason
they are not being reported and not being seen is because
we do not believe we can see them. In the higher realms,
it is all about what we believe. When we allow ourselves
to believe something, we see it. The movie “Field of Dreams”
was recently on television here in the United States .
This movie really depicts what is going on now……a truly
great movie.
If
you have ever received any training in psychic development,
it is all about believing and imagining. What we believe
and imagine is really just a way to connect and open the
door to the higher realms. Reconnecting with our innocence
and our natural childlike state of wonder is also a pivotal
part of the ascension process.
So
then, we will see these other life forms when we believe
we can. This is as it should be, for if a big spaceship
landed here and higher beings revealed themselves to everyone
all at once, we would have an epidemic of Post Traumatic
Stress Disorder! Although at times it does not seem like
it, the ascension process is a very gentle and loving
one, only stretching us as far as we can possibly go at
any given time.
When
we are “stretched”, as most of us have been these last
few years, it is because we are ready at some level, whether
consciously or not. I remember coming very “unglued” during
the most intense part of this process, and being told
by my ascension guide that I would not be going through
this if I could not handle it. Not accepting the process
and being fearful was making it at least 50% more uncomfortable
than it needed to be, he said.
So
when we are “ready” to be seeing all these helpful and
loving beings from the stars, they will most certainly
reveal themselves to us. It is an individual experience
and we will be residing then, in different worlds and
realities of our making as in the higher dimensions, we
are simply making up everything and allowing it to become
our reality!
These
past few weeks have been interesting in other ways as
well. We recently experienced solar flares and electromagnetic
activity. These occurrences can create feelings of a lot
flying around you, tension, pressure, difficulty sleeping,
and a general “glitchiness”. I really felt these energies
for awhile, and it was no surprise then, to ultimately
learn of the cause. In looking at the electromagnetic
situation, it appears that there is much going on in the
atmosphere in this regard.
Things
are adjusting and being “recalibrated” as all reverberates
out into the cosmos. One shift and adjustment affects
the entire universe, and the creations for utilizing power
out in other parts of the universe are now having to adjust
and recalibrate in order to utilize their normal power
sources. For instance, the way that ships from other worlds
operate are needing to be “adjusted” as the electromagnetics
change.
After
all these latest shifts and adjustments, it will be a
wonder if we will be able to recognize ourselves in the
mirror! As we are so rapidly losing much of our old ego
identity, we are only, then, embodying much more of God
or Source energy. At times it can be a bit traumatic to
not know who you are, but we eventually adjust.
Some
helpful tips:
- As always, drink plenty
of water and get IN the water (preferably salt water).
- Eat lots of protein,
and eat many small meals throughout the day.
- Rest.
- Put yourself first,
and know that the universe will follow your lead.
- If you are feeling lost
or confused, get involved with some mindless activities
with others. Try and “ignore” your process as it will
continue whether you are involved or not.
- Spend time with the
animals or our little ones. I played with some kittens
the other day and it was glorious!
- Be out in the sun or
lie on the ground. Heaven and Earth are great conduits
for balancing, healing and rejuvenating.
And
know that much is arriving for us now. If you are experiencing
a sudden drop in income, it is only because it gets much
worse right before it gets incredibly better. This is
the way energy works. We are moving from one way of being
and from one money generating reality to another. We are
just right now in between.
And
during this time as well, many of us were “wrapping up”
old projects before we could arrive in the New. Being
in the old energy was cumbersome and confining and boring,
as what is here and what we are now wired for is fun,
joy, pleasure, freedom and “no time”. We are poised for
entering a reality where we have everything at our disposal,
open and allowing, and simply experiencing as our lives
give us everything that we desire.
