(Please note that you receive your e-mail announcement at the same time as many
thousands of others. At times, having so many attemting to access the links all at
once, can cause strange and unexplainable computer behavior. Simply trying again
at another time can solve a problem...but not always! For further assistance,
please look for your question and its solution below. My contact information is

1. "I did not receive an an e-mail that a new energy alert is now ready, and I know I am on the list!"
Solution: The deliverability rate of mass e-mails (or any e-mails) is never 100%. AWeber, who out-sources my e-mail list, has one of the very highest deliverability rates. Because there are so many computer and e-mail situations now present, including spam filters (you may want to check your junk mail folder),server situations,full e-mail boxes, and any and other strange and unexpainable computer glitches, it is simply not possible for a 100% deliverability rate. You may want to check the site frequently if you are sensing that another energy alert is probably ready...most people seem to just know that it is time. Nothing is ever perfect, especially in the computer world, and we are doing our best to serve you. In addition, you can try some of the solutions below:
1. Because all ISP's are different, you may not receive your notification e-mail for 24 hrs. after it has been sent. If you have still not received it after 24 hrs, please go to #2 or further.
2. Your ISP may have been unable to deliver your e-mail. In this case, please re-subscribe with an alternate e-mail, or contact AWeber support at: www.aweber.com/support.htm and they will check to see if your e-mail address was deliverable and give you some advice.
3. Check your "junk" folder to see if it is there.
4. It can be especially helpful to add announcements@whatsuponplanetearth.com to your
contacts/address book.
5. You may have accidentally deleted the e-mail...possible, but doubtful!

Solution: You can change your e-mail address and any other specifications by clicking
on the link at the very bottom left corner of your e-mail announcement from What's Up On Planet Earth? (You must scroll down to the bottom of the blue window, outside of the yellow box of main text.)
Click on the link for "To unsubscribe or change subscriber options," then, "change details."
3. "I need to cancel my subcription."
Solution: You can cancel your subscription at any time by clicking on the "To unsubcribe or change subscriber options" link at the very bottom left corner of your e-mail from What's Up On Planet Earth?. (You must scroll down to the bottom of the blue window, outside of the yellow box of main text.)
4. "The newest version of the latest energy alert is not showing on my computer screen! The energy alert from several days ago is all that seems to be posted."
Solution: I can assure you, the newest version has indeed been posted, even though you may not be seeing it. All computers refresh their browsers at regular intervals, thus updating their screens. Some immediately,others after several days, and some not at all. For intructions on how to refresh your browser, please read this page:

If you are still not viewing the newest version of the energy alert, you will need to check into this situation with your specific computer and its settings.
5. "My confirmation link will not work!"
Solution: AWeber has VERY LONG links! I haven't been too wild about this situation,
but here is what you can do. Give your computer plenty of time to follow the link before
you give up. If you have a slow connection, this might take awhile. In addition, you can
come back to it later and try again, as there may be temporary internet connection issues.
If you get an error message, it may be because you subscribed over 30 days ago. After 30 days,
your subscription link expires and you will need to re-subscribe. If none of these solutions
works, please contact AWeber support at www.aweber.com/support.htm and they will assist you.
6. "The links in the e-mail announcement won't work for me."
Solution: Simply copy and paste the url address of the link into your browser window. For information about books, or to view the latest energy alert, kindly go to www.whatuponplanetearth.com and access any information through the links on the web site.
7. "I do not know how to copy and paste a url into my browser window!"
Solution: Highlight the url text given to you in any of the above solutions, press CTRL C, move you cursor into the address window at the top of your screem, highlight the http address that is currently there, and then press CTRL V and Enter. Or simply just type in the address yourself.
8. "I can't access your web site anymore!"
Solution: For some unknown reason, this situation can occur for a very few of you. None of the "experts" seem to know why this is happening. We have tried everything on our end, but suspect it is some sort of problem related to your browser or your server. The best thing to do, is to do a Google search for What's Up On Planet Earth? and access the site from another source, or check your computer settings. Some have experienced this as a temporary problem, and then suddenly after no changes made on their end, they are able once again to access the site. This is usually due to a problem with their server.

2. "When will your new program, 'Stepping Into The New Reality' be ready and what is it anyway?"
Answer: Stepping Into The New Reality will be offered as a purchased pdf file that you will receive through an e-mail. There will also be a Questions and Answers section that will allow you to ask questions specific to the program content and any personal experiences you may be having that relate to the material. The most frequently asked and most relevant questions and their answers will be posted on this web site for viewing. There will also (most likely) be a conference call attached to it as well. The program covers keys for living in the New Reality, how to live, be, and create in these higher energies, what the New World will look like, how to get there, and how you can align with it as much as possible. Part I will be ready in April.
3. "Why are you such a recluse and why don't we ever see you anywhere or interact with you more often?"
Answer: As we begin experiencing the higher realms way of living and being, it involves really and truly living and being in these new higher vibrating ways. If I spent much of my time promoting myself, giving talks and lectures, or living on my laptop, and the like, I would not be walking my talk, and I would not have anything to write about either! It has been great fun experimenting with these new ways of living and being and I love reporting them back to you as I forge new territory!
